About the Reckitt Catalyst Programme

Reckitt Catalyst is an initiative to scale access to health and hygiene worldwide. The program offers funding, skills-based mentorship and technical expertise with a special emphasis on supporting women and underrepresented founders — making sure great ideas not only emerge but also thrive and reach the people who need them.

  • Skills-based mentorship and training delivered by YSI and Health Innovation Exchange.
  • Flexible funding — investments up to $30k per entrepreneur for finalists.

Entrepreneurs and founders based in the U.S., Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Mexico, or Brazil. The program prioritizes women and underrepresented founders.
