Eligibility Criteria
- 🌍 Reside in Middle East or Pakistan
- 💼 Employed, self-employed, or between jobs with some work experience
- 📊 Less than 5 years of total work experience
- 🎓 Minimum high school education
- 🗣 Good command of English (program conducted in English)
- ✅ Nonprofit/NGO staff may still qualify with more experience
