Who can apply (Eligibility)
- Graduates (or undergraduates finishing studies by June 2026) of U.S.-accredited 4‑year universities — bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. holders.
- Age: must be born on or after September 1, 1991 (no older than 35 in fellowship year).
- Passport valid through August 2027.
- Not enrolled in any graduate/doctoral/equivalent program during the fellowship period.
- Full professional proficiency in English (CEFR C1 or above). French proficiency is preferred for certain placements.
Stipend — what to expect
- Stipend designed to cover basic living costs in the placement location.
- Example: a placement in a major city without housing/meals could pay > $1000/month; placements with housing/meals provided might be ~ $350/month.
- Stipends are location-sensitive and not intended for extra travel or costs outside the placement.
Application requirements (submit online)
- Online application questionnaire (use the official link below).
- Resume/CV — max 2 pages, PDF, font size 10 or larger.
- Official transcripts sent directly from your university via secure platform or official university email — in English or with English translation.
- One letter of recommendation submitted directly by the recommender through the online form.
