The Global Leadership Challenge convenes 100 young leaders selected through an open application to engage with complex global challenges.
Members learn from recognized experts, collaborate on action projects, and build international networks. Selected participants may pursue additional mentorship via the Oxford Character Project.
The winning team receives an invitation to the 55th St. Gallen Symposium (May 2026) with travel and accommodation covered.

Dates: 11–15 December 2025 (virtual)
Format: Fully virtual — participants worldwide welcome
Winning team: Travel and accommodation to St. Gallen Symposium covered (May 2026)

Postgraduate students currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program.
Young professionals aged 21–30 who have completed undergraduate studies.
Applicants must demonstrate evidence of responsible leadership (work or extracurricular) and commit to attending all sessions.
