APFSD Youth Forum 2026 — Call for Applications
The APFSD Youth Forum 2026 (organised by ARROW with Youth LEAD and YPEER Asia-Pacific Center) brings together 400–500 young people (13–30) from across Asia and the Pacific for a hybrid forum (in-person + online) to develop regional and national Youth Calls to Action aligned with SDGs under review.
Focus & Structure
- Dates: 18–20 February 2026 (hybrid format).
- Focus SDGs: 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 13, 17 with cross-cutting themes.
- Day 1: Climate (SDGs 6, 7, 13). Day 2: Innovation & Sustainable Communities (SDGs 9, 11). SDGs 3,5,17 are cross-cutting.
- Youth-led sessions will showcase implemented projects, research, innovative approaches and advocacy outcomes.
- Capacity building emphasis on Data Driven Advocacy (DDA) for SDGs.
Who should submit?
- Children & young people with implemented projects or research related to Goals 6,7,9,11,13 intersecting with Goals 3,5,17.
- Submissions can be research-based or on-ground initiatives already implemented.
- Each abstract must include a PDF: title, name & affiliation, 100‑word introduction, 100‑word methodology, and 100‑word findings/implications.
YUVAi: Global Youth Challenge — AI Impact Summit
The YUVAi Global Youth Challenge promotes AI innovation among youth worldwide. Participants develop scalable AI solutions for social good and benefit from mentorship, bootcamps, and the chance to present at the India — AI Impact Summit.
Highlights & Prizes
- Prize pool includes top awards of ₹15 Lacs for first prizes and additional second & special recognition prizes.
- Top 20 shortlisted applicants receive fully sponsored travel & stay to New Delhi for International Demo Day (presentation at the Summit).
- 10‑day virtual bootcamps, mentorship with certified AI coaches, compute credits and investor showcase opportunities.
Who can apply?
- Open to youth aged 13–21 (individuals or teams up to 2 members). Applicants must be ≤21 years on 20 Feb 2026.
- Submit working prototypes, proof of concepts, or deployable AI solutions with clear social impact potential.
- Multiple entries allowed if each solution is unique; team members must be from the same country.
