Prize Information
- 💎 Prize amount: US $1,000,000 (up to one million dollars).
Eligibility Criteria
- 👩🏫 Open to currently working teachers teaching children in compulsory schooling (ages 5–18).
- 🧒 Educators teaching children aged 4+ in an Early Years government-recognised curriculum are eligible.
- 🕒 Must spend at least 10 hours/week teaching children face-to-face.
- 🗓️ Must plan to remain in the teaching profession for the next 5 years.
- 🌍 Open to teachers in every kind of school and—subject to local laws—in every country worldwide.
- 🧑💻 Part-time teachers and teachers of online courses are also eligible.
