Who can apply
- Students of any nationality planning to begin a Master’s program in Europe in Fall 2026.
- You must have (or be eligible for) a valid undergraduate degree and meet the university’s entry & language requirements.
- You must study in a European country where you do NOT hold citizenship and do not currently reside (exceptions for current study abroad may apply).
Funding & use
