Program Overview
Teach For Pakistan Fellowship is a two-year, full-time program that places university graduates and young professionals in under-resourced schools to teach and develop leadership skills. Fellows receive training, ongoing coaching, mentoring, and networking opportunities through Teach For Pakistan and Teach For All.
Who Should Apply
- Recent university graduates and early-career professionals from any discipline
- Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s degree completed by June 2025)
- Pakistani citizens, NICOP, or POC holders; fluent in Urdu & English
- Willing to commit to a two-year placement in Islamabad or Karachi

Compensation & Allowances
- Base salary: Rs. 80,000 / month
- Stationery allowance: Rs. 4,000 / month
- Transport allowance: Rs. 8,500 – 10,500 / month
- Out-station Fellows: additional Rs. 10,000 / month (for relocation beyond 70 km from Islamabad or outside Karachi’s seven districts)
Placement Locations
For the 2026 Fellowship, placements will be offered in Islamabad and Karachi. Teach For Pakistan will attempt to place candidates in preferred regions, but placements are subject to availability.
Selection & Application Notes
- All candidates (any number of experience years) are welcome; diverse academic & professional backgrounds encouraged
- Applications evaluated on degree, internships, and professional experience — include full education and experience details
- Applicants must complete the preplacement Training Institute in July–August 2025
- Candidates may apply only once per recruitment year; repeat applications in the same year are disqualified
- If not selected in the 2026 cycle, candidates may reapply for the 2027 cohort
