About the Program
- The Global Leadership Challenge convenes 100 young leaders selected through an open application to engage with complex global challenges.
- Members learn from recognized experts, collaborate on action projects, and build international networks. Selected participants may pursue additional mentorship via the Oxford Character Project.
- The winning team receives an invitation to the 55th St. Gallen Symposium (May 2026) with travel and accommodation covered.
Program Details
- Dates: 11–15 December 2025 (virtual)
- Format: Fully virtual — participants worldwide welcome
- Winning team: Travel and accommodation to St. Gallen Symposium covered (May 2026)
Who Should Apply
- Postgraduate students currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program.
- Young professionals aged 21–30 who have completed undergraduate studies.
- Applicants must demonstrate evidence of responsible leadership (work or extracurricular) and commit to attending all sessions.
Application Requirements
- Personal details and a CV
- Recent portrait photograph
- Proof of enrollment (for students)
- Application tasks: suggest a keynote speaker, record a 40‑second video message, and share an example of responsible leadership
